RMS is a cloud-based hospitality property management software designed to assist hotel managers and owners in managing bookings, availability, pricing, correspondence, billing, and more. RMS allows users to manage multiple properties in a single platform, with the ability to distribute inventory across numerous sites through integration with the global distribution system (GDS). Users can embed a ‘book now’ button in their website, allowing guests to make reservations at any time, with rates and availability automatically updated. Automated pricing rules can be created to maximise occupancy and yield, with rates adjusted automatically. The built-in dashboard can be customized for each user, manager, or department, and displays activity in real-time.
RMS also includes tools for managing events, marketing, housekeeping, accounts receivable, and compliance. Food and beverage interfaces and point of sale (POS) integration allow users to manage onsite restaurants and bars, track stock, and charge purchases back to guest rooms.
Booking engine failure is costing us a unknown amount of lost reservations been a issues since January 17 and it still going on. Printers haven't worked in four weeks. Very difficult to use is not streamlined and requires an extensive amount of unnecessary clicks to accomplish a simply task.

Love this product, it is very easy to learn the basic's of making a reservation. Wish it had a bit more to offer on selling the venue outside of the hotel rooms.

We love how user friendly the software is and the customer service has been great. All staff members have been extremely helpful and responsive, from our sales rep, Chris McGibbins to our customer service specialist, Saleha Ahmed. Highly recommend RMS - it offers a lot of features for an affordable price.
We have been using RMS for nearly a year and are quite pleased with the software and the technical help and training we've received. Saleha is very knowledgeable and has been wonderful to work with as we learn and tweak our system.
Reporting isn't as smooth as I would have thought. It doesn't give you the option to drop columns you don't need or want.
We are in a camp atmosphere and some things we simply can't put out for everyone to see.
