Enspire Commerce is a omni-channel eCommerce management solution designed to help online retailers optimize customer engagement, brand loyalty and sales. By providing a platform of features such as order management, Point of Sale, product information management, trading partner management and omni-channel fulfillment execution, Enspire Commerce aims to provide an all-in-one eCommerce management tool.
Utilizing the omni-channel order management tools, users can orchestrate their workflow to receive orders from various sources and automatically send the order requests to the relevant teams. Enspire Commerce can also manage and store relevant information including vendor relationships, data transfer, file management, shipment scheduling, tracking, and real-time reporting. The platform facilitates store fulfillment and returns as well as vendor drop shipping, so users can choose to buy online and pick up in-store or have orders delivered using the most appropriate drop ship vendor.
In order to facilitate order payment processing, Enspire Commerce provides a Point of Sale (POS) feature with which users can create a customized in store or online shopping experience. With the POS, users can create orders, add discounts, access client database, sales history, process sales and returns and facilitate credit card payment and gift card transactions. By integrating the several features needed to successfully run an ecommerce business, Enspire Commerce synchronizes data between the POS, product information management, order management and trading partner management tools.
The Enspire Commerce Platform replaced three of our point solutions (best of breed) with one single solution. They are our Order Management (integrated to Magento), Point of Sale (4 stores) and PIM. They also manage our EDI with our major wholesale customers. They have a very consultative approach and are supply chain and retail experts. We struggled to find a platform that could manage all three of our channels (ecom, brick and mortar and wholesale). They are a real partner that cares about our business.
Single platform with multiple solutions. We took a crawl, walk and run approach with their software. We implemented OMS, followed by PIM and then POS overtime. Hence very modular and very easy to use. It is so simple for our users. We are a high end luxury brand and our resources are not IT Savvy. So we like their cloud offering. The solution is extremely affordable.
If we need to customize the solution for our business they have a standard release cycle which does not always fit our time line.
